Our Legal Services
The scope of our legal services is flexible and can be modified to meet the Company’s specific needs.
The legal services which we offer are as follows
Retainer Legal Services
We shall provide legal services and advocacy within the scope of our law office expertise to fulfill the needs of the Company, which includes the periodic legal service/retainer and for the retainer legal services price will be explained in THEMIS LAW Retainer Legal Services Proposal.
We shall charge the following Additional Fees for visits or meetings outside the specified business hours starting from IDR 700,000 to IDR 2,500,000 per hour depending on the level of seniority lawyer.
Litigation Services
We shall charge the Company with a litigation fee as a handling fee per case such as court proceedings, police reports, mediation in both civil and criminal cases, and arbitration cases.
Success fee is a part of litigation and will be charged to the Company when we achieve a positive result from the litigation process. The amount can be seen from dispute value and determined upon mutual agreement between THEMIS LAW and the Company.
Separate Legal Services
We also provide separate legal services which will only be provided one time to the Company without choosing retainer legal services. The separate legal services that we can provide are reviewing agreements, legal opinions, and warning letters.
