We will accompany client to negotiate with stakeholders related to equipment purchase transactions, cooperation, compliance, and licensing. THEMIS LAW will assists the general corporate matters as well as reviewing business documents, reviewing agreements, and advising client from a government regulations perspective because all the actions of this work have to be subject to the government regulations.
